Elizabeth, thank you for your email re my problem. Sherry from Legacy
Support was very helpful in only that I needed to reset the options back to
their defaults. It seems that what you are saying is right, you start out
with a report then do an upgrade and all your settings get jumbled somehow.
I had done some reports earlier and then couldn't figure out why they
weren't the same and couldn't for the life of me see what options I needed
to select. Reset, shut down and start again has worked. As you mention also,
editing within the programme is certainly better than editing in your Word
Processor as when the reports are done in the final run, you may not have
noted what changes you had made in the word processor.

You also mentioned a discussion earlier on editing the Word Processor
documents. Is there an archive to this list that I can check some of the
discussions?
