What I meant was...
1> tag any individuals you have added or modified after a certain date
2> generate web pages for just these tagged individuals
3> upload the individual web-pages (but not the name and surname index) from
step 2
4> generate web pages for ALL individuals
5> upload the name and surname index generated in step 4
But now that I think about it, I don't think it would work. Say I added a new
child to a family. Not only do I need to upload an additional page for that
child, but the parent's pages also need to be uploaded. The problem is that
adding a child does NOT change the modified date of the parents.
