Can you find RIN 129? If not, try this:
Pull down the name list and hit the pound symbol. This will sort the list by RIN number. Highlight person with the RIN 129, and click "Select." In either Family View or Pedigree View, look towards the bottom right hand corner of the screen. There is a date. That is the date you want.
If you don't know already, those numbers at the bottom are the ID numbers. The "H:nn" is the RIN for the husband, the "M:nn" is the Marriage ID number (called MRINs), and the "W:nn" is the RIN for the wife. After that is the date you want.

Robert,
Thanks for the response.
Close, but not quite. I don't know the date. All I know is the RIN (e.g. 129) of someone I added on that date. So, I'd like to get a list of all entries made on the specific day that I added RIN 129. If I could find the date that I added RIN 129 then your method would work.

Robert Carneal spoke thusly:---Copy---
Quite some time ago, (before I knew any better), I merged a GEDCOM from a cousin to my existing database. I know the name of one of the ancestors from that GEDCOM, and I know that I haven't added/changed any information about him since. I'd like to find all the entries made on the date that I added that particular ancestor, so I can, at least, research them and add my cousin as a source for the information if applicable.

Ok, let me make the following assumption/s to make my explanation easier.
Date Added to your family file: January 18, 2004 (2004-01-20, but I am using 2004-01-19)
1. Now, pull down your SEARCH menu, and click on FIND, selecting the Detailed Search tab.
2. Set "Look for whom?" to 'Individual.'
3. Set "Where to look" to 'Added Date.'
4. Set "How to look" to 'After.'
5. Set "What to look for" to '2004-01-19.' (Remember, we want those added AFTER this date.)
6. Click "Clear List before this search.
7. Finally, click "Create List." You should have the list you are looking for.
If this is not what you are looking for, let us know and we will help again.
