The pages are identified by RIN (3050.htm, 1136.htm, etc), so if you know the RIN of 
the changed pages, you can upload just those pages after re-creating the whole shebang.

But this of course won't work if you use the 'renumber RIN' option or import data and 
opt to 'fill abandoned RINs' or anything of the sort.

It's not an elegant solution.  Someday maybe there'll be a more logical way...
