Thanks for your reply. Yes I followed the instructions as per steps 2 & 3,
but on looking in my Legacy folder all that has been downloaded is a .txt
file called legacy.exe.local.txt  I have just repeated the steps and the
same thing happened.  When the "Save As" dialogue box comes up the options
are for saving as a "text file" or as "All Files" If I try changing from the
default of "Text File" to "All files" the download is saved as
legacy.exe.local..txt (note the two 'dots' before txt), but it still opens
as a text file which reads:
"Save this file in the Legacy folder on your hard drive."

Any further suggestions?

Have you saved Legacy.exe.local to your Legacy folder as in steps 2&3 on
that page?
That tells Legacy to use the copy of vsocx6.ocx you just saved to your
Legacy folder and not the one Windows normally uses. There is no .txt file
involved. You should then have Legacy working normally.

The Continue button is only for page navigation on the Legacy site.
