You're simply on the Legacy User List.
When replying to someone's query on list, we often address them by name.
Enjoy the conversation and join in when you like.
If you meant to just be on the Newsletter list then you need to follow instructions at the bottom of each email and unsubscribe.
I've answered on list as someone else was puzzled by this today.
