Hi Jim,
I'm not sure whether you mean everything entered for a particular individual or everything entered for everybody in your database.

No report will print absolutely everything entered for an individual although they will print all events and notes (so long as you choose those options) there are limitations on pictures and sources depend on your what you've chosen for printing.

Pictures: Reports only include one picture for the individual regardless of how many you've attached. They will also print one picture per event. Pictures attached to birth, baptism, death, burial, marriage, don't print on any reports at present.
You can print all pictures separately from View - Scrapbook.

Sources: There are check boxes on Master Source and Detail Source screens as to whether you want some information printed.
You can set the default and change these choices globally in Options > Customise - Sources tab but you can't override the choice for a particular report.
Neither can you change your choice for a particular Master Source. For example: I'd like sometimes to include the Source Detail text for a particular source and sometimes not, depending on why I was running the report. However you can't do this.

In the Master Source definition, along with Exclude this Master Source from Reports, I'd like checkboxes for Exclude Source Detail for this Master Source/Source Detail Text etc.
In the Report Options, I'd like the choice to override my source printing choices and either print everything or omit all source detail. Currently you need to export to a temporary file and change the options globally from Options > Customise to achieve that (unless you are printing a Source Report that does seem to have override options).

The Multiple Line of Descent Report comes the closest to the second - printing everyone in your database - depending on what choices you make.
Or you can Print from the Name List but I'm not sure you can include all events and notes this way.

Cheers,
Cathy

Is there a report, or some other setting that will allow a person to
print everything in a Legacy data base (notes, pictures, etc.)?
