Thanks everyone for responding to my problem (another reason I love Legacy!) I have tried two or three of them but have decided to do it this way:
Go to View, Master Lists, Locations, then sort by state then county (since I can move up the county in place of city). Because I know the counties we will be visiting in the 3 states we will be in I can then click on each listing of the cemeteries and then click on 'show list' then print out the list for each cemetery. I may have to write a little on each cemetery but so far this seems the easiest way to do this. Legacy staff - maybe there is something you can do in a future release to help us sort our database better. I know, I know, I can always put it into a speadsheet program but I am just too old to learn another program (especially any Micro$oft program) for something I may use once or twice a year. I prefer to learn more about the main programs I use - Legacy and GenSmarts! Thanks again for the ideas!
