I just tried this:

Select the target person. 
Click Name List on the top tool bar.
Click Options
Click Advanced Tagging
Clear All Tag Numbers from Everyone
Click on Ancestors or Descendants
Click on Print
At the lower right select CSV File as the report destination.
Give it a name and then open it later with Excel.
