Thanks for your observation about GEDCOM transfers. I've most often used the 
birth source rather than name for the main source for each individual. Some 
of the older GEDCOM utilities used for web sites were limited to one main 
name without sources.

Depending on GEDCOM export options, it is possible to end up with code 
showing in plain text for a source like book title in italics after a 
transfer to Legacy. Did you lose any medical sources or place notes? 
Estimated dates are more satisfactory than manually setting order of events 
or sort dates lost in GEDCOM transfers. -- Elizabeth
