In an actual test GEDCOM from Legacy to RootsMagic 2.03 back to Legacy 5, the two name sources for Unspecified Event printed first. Doesn't seem to be much difference between name sources in Legacy and person sources in RM as far as superscripts and endnotes are concerned.
Transfer to a third program and back to Legacy 5 shows the name sources again with the <i> codes for starting and stopping italics. Note formatting is optional for a GEDCOM from RM 2.03 so the codes could have been avoided with a better combination of export options. -- Elizabeth ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cathy" > No because "unspecified" is not regarded as an Event but as a Source field > and you can't search in Source fields - which is a nuisance. > This is a real limitation of Legacy.
