Dennis, I was one of the "grayed out" - and the problem was in the Ancestor Book Report (Ahnentafel). For me, clicking Reset worked, but we may never know how or why we "grayed outs" got into that situation!
The option in question is always grayed out on the Ancestor Chart, I believe. Most of the options are grayed out there. --Paula Can someone please clarify... Are we talking about the Ancestor Chart?
