At present I think Mary's suggested workaround is the only way to shortcircuit uploading thousands of pages for a pedigree style website. Even if you reuse rins, finding just the changed pages (3,700 is better than 207,000!) and uploading just those would be worth the work. Hdcleaner.exe is a free utility that will compare files on a variety of criteria (e.g. binary) at user-specified locations (e.g. folders, directories) and flag the duplicates. Create the new version of the website, compare it to the old, delete the dups in the new version, upload all remainng files and overwrite on the server. Still tedious, but not as tedious. Jonathan
