(Tools - Set Direct Line as preferred) 2) If that doesn't work - reset the Report Options and then rechoose your options. It's quite a good idea to save your preferred report settings when they are working so you can reload them if you make a lot of changes to the defaults. I'm assuming you have checked that in Report Options - Format tab - you have checked Highlight Direct Line.
