Gene,
I assume this is one of the first reports (charts, really) that they 
developed and they went with the "standard" - birth, marriage and death 
dates & places.  I suspect they have not made it more flexible because the 
amount of work is great compared to the demand of users - given the number 
of users that prefer charting with other software.  I base these thoughts on 
what I've read here on the LUG list.

When I print a pedigree report, I prefer to choose which info to include
and not include.  However, virtually all of the options on the "Include"
page are greyed out.  Why is this?  Is there a way around this limitation?
