Yes and No to Bill's SP2.

If you do a clean install (nothing on the hard drive) then 
Windows XP and SP2 will (usually) install and not have any 
problems.When I bought a new hard drive and MB, I had them put XP 
and all updates on the new and faster drive. Then all I had to do 
was reinstall my programs. So far (4 months) everything is 
working perfectly and all my programs, including Legacy, are much 
faster.

I hope this will help some of you in the future that are 
considering doing any upgrades/updates.
