Glen has a good suggestion.  One thing to think about - if you put any type
of "unknown" designator in a field and you wish to send a book report to
another researcher with the option "Insert Underlines for Missing..."
selected, then those fields *won't* get flagged because there's something in
there.

I think the convention of using [---?---]  or [____] was recommended on the
FTM message boards.  It allowed showing something in reports for the
unknowns.  FTM didn't have an option to include blank lines like Legacy.
