Frank, for heaven's sake, it is a "gift" in appreciation for
purchasing products valued at $50!

This has nothing to do with the WWW - it's been a marketing ploy used
for decades! I get points if I use my credit card and when I have
accumulated enough I get to choose a gift. It's "free". And the money
I spent through my credit card had to be spent whether I got points or
not. If you want the $50 worth of products - fine, spend the $50 and
tell Millenia to keep their mouse pad, for goodness sake, but don't
get bogged down in semantics. Life is too short for such nonsense!

I just hope you have a better day tomorrow!
