Hi John,

I create an event under the individual called "Correspondence."  In this
event, I put all the pertinent information.  If the correspondence was via a
letter, I also scan the letter and attach the image to the event(especially
if the letter was hand written)

In the description of the event, I put the type of correspondence - letter,
email, phone, personal interview (I also attach an audio file of the
conversation - I have a digital recorder with USB attachment.), etc...
