Hello Lister I am proposing to use the following ID for my filing system. I will use the short name on the right Would some of you more experienced people look at my system and comment . Will it sort properly in alphabetical order in Legacy What are the pitfalls. Please be highly critical as I don't want to start again if it doesn't work Any comments would be appreciated
