Well good people in Genealogy land,

I'm adding my 2 cent into to this idealogy !

Fact: legacy has three coma, to separate four different (Types of fields)
city , County , State , Country

If your sitiuation requires you to add a fifth location why not add a coma into the last field area of the location

Such as , USA
                , ( USA , North America )

By doing this you classify the last area with two unquie fields in YOUR data base

I do this for locations of Cemeteries:
San Bruno, San Mateo Co.,California (Golden Gate National Cemetery)

For ME I do not input the country of the location -- this leaves room for any addition I would like to subdivide
