	Use the "Comments" area of the source citation.  I've used 
it occasionally for details like a middle name I've picked 
up from some record or other.  I also use it for things like 
"estimated from age at death" for a birth date.

I have done that, but the source refers simply to Name. How do you 
indicate you are referring only to the Given Name or Surname?
