Thanks Steve, I must have been suffering from tunnel vision as I was only thinking of being able to change the colours at any time using an external css

Actually, if using Internet --> Create Web Pages..., on the links tab,
include a custom header and add:



this will change the text and links color (as opposed to my previous post
which suggested: , which only changes the text color.
