At least for me, the default Unspecified event does not even show up on the
list of event definitions. It is like Birth, Death, Burial. These are special
events reserved by the program. You cannot delete them.

Maybe you have added an event of your own called "Unspecified". If so it
should be possible to delete just like any other USER ADDED event.
