Please disregard my earlier message. I had run the File ID report and
create a PDF file. After doing some updates on the notes of events, I
went back and reran the File ID report because I was looking for a
particular document in my files. The report came back blank and I
panicked. I don't know why it came back blank but I closed Legacy,
restarted it and now the report is ok.

I just lost all of my FILE IDs! I ran the report and created a PDF so
at least I'll be able to recreate them. However, I don't know what I
did that caused them to all disappear.
