Adrian,

The birth picture will print in the Individual and Family Group Sheet
reports.

If you want to use the picture in other reports, you will need to create
an event, i.e. "House where born", and attach the picture to that event.

Unfortunately the basic events (birth / death / marriage) images do not 
appear in reports - although this has been requested many times. If you 
want to see the images you will have to add events (say 'Born in' or 
whatever suits your purposes) and attach the pictures to those events.
