Top posts are more likely to be read. Bottom posts are likely to be lost, 
especially at the end of a long quote. It is important to know the issues 
that list participants have found after 44 public builds of Legacy 5, 
regardless of the posting method.  (registered customer since Legacy 3 March 
2000)

Standard, accepted practice is to post at the bottom.  In fact, top 
posting is considered rude by many.  I understand your needs but I doubt 
that you are going to change things.
