Dennis & Tom, You can take this one step further. I do as suggested by Tom here:
"His legal, court ordered, birth name should go in the individual report - - his birth certificate would have been modified to so reflect. Any other names would go in notes or events (which I prefer) to give detailed clarification. . . . .I personally do not think that "alternate names" is appropriate here." I also scan the documents and attach them to the event.
