Hi Steve,
That is where it is at the moment ie. in the custom footer field and that is
where the problem lies. I am convinced that because the Legacy tables are
not properly nested and are contained in a table comprising my header and
footer tables are opening and/or closing using incorrect tags.
To try and clarify this: As I see it, if a table is not closed correctly
then any new table will be incorrectly nested in that one. similarly if a
new table should be opened and is not then additional code will be
contained in whatever table is available (assuming that there is one).
It's difficult to explain clearly but I hope you can see what I mean.

Hi Ron,
I think if you take your FOOTER code and place in the include custom
footer
section of the web page creation dialog, your problem would be resolved
and
you could save yourself about an hour 8*).
====
<table width=100%>
<tr>
<td>
**** Insert your HEADER code here ****
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>
<iframe width=100% height=1024 src="Legacy Generated Index Page">
</iframe>
</td>
</tr>
</table>
=====
Actually, you can probably put your HEADER code in the custom header field
and eliminate the need for any editing, no need for iframe at all.
