Has anyone used Legacy's to do list, and automated it in some fashion so that you can sort according to where you plan to drive or take a trip to and it will make a suggested to do list based on where you go?
I.e. if I indicate I am driving in Manatee County, Florida, on Sunday, July 17, the To-Do list will make a list of doable activates I can choose from while at the same time leaving out activates I could not do that day because it is Sunday. Such as visit the historical society there, most are closed on Sundays. If you have managed to operate the To-do list in this specific fashion, I would like to hear from you. I have some Legacy users here who want me to teach them that. Such a list might suggest I visit Rutland Ranch Cemetery, Sardis Cemetery, Bethany Cemetery, all of Manatee County. It would be intelligent enough not to suggest visiting the courthouse. Has anyone used it like that? Somehow, valid days to accomplish a to do list would have to be supplied, and I am not quite sure how to best accomplish that.
