Of course, because what you are describing (the 5 tab sources) is not 
the feature you requested!
 
The 5 tabs for saved sources are to use when you want *multiple* 
sources for *each* item you are sourcing.  The Save/Load is for 
creating different saved clipboards -- selective saved clipboards - 
exactly what you asked for.
