That tab is used for alternates not defaults. I would be inclined for
Dave to clear these values then in Windows explorer, select a html file,
right click the file and select Open With, select a browser from the
Recommended Programs List, check the box that says "Always use the
selected program to open this kind of file", then click OK.
Then try the Legacy function again.
