I have 'inherited' (pardon the pun) some quarterly dates from a fellow researcher. He recorded them as Q1 1970 etc. I imported them into my Legacy database and haven't found them to be a problem. The age is still calculated accurately e.g. a birth recorded as Q1 1970 = 35 years old.

Just my two penneth worth.
Cheers
Jan
