Legacy 5 changed December 18, 2003 so that a reload of the Nov 2003 program
CD would not open a data file. Dec 18 was the build to keep the new
child-parent sources in a Legacy 5 GEDCOM.
A full download of _each_ Legacy program file as a personal backup was
recommended by a list participant who couldn't wait weeks for a replacement
for the build that affected a family book report shortly before his reunion.

In Legacy v4, we frequently had structure changes which required updating
the file. I think this is the first time it's happened with v5.
