Perhaps this method is a bit unorthodox. However it works with my
laser printer. When I want to stop the printing, I open the blank
paper storage container. The page in the process of being printed is
completed but a new page of paper cannot be picked up. (Thus, the
printer is not jammed.) I then cancel the print command. When I want
to print the rest of the document, I give the command "File Print and
enter the command to print pages xx to yy.
