Even quicker, click on the printer icon in the system tray (lower right corner of your screen) and then you can right click on the print job to delete or cancel it or cancel it from the menu above.

Right click on the printer and open. Select the file you are printing and select the Document drop down menu and 'pause printing'. You can restart printing the same way.
