Right click on the tag boxes. Tags to show are global. The desire for
all nine has been made many, many times both here and on the beta list.
Stony silence has been the response so far.

No. Only 3 can be displayed at a time on the Family View. You can
change which
3 are displayed by going to Advanced Tagging|Tags to Show.
