I've been reading the thread about information for people marked as "Living" showing up on the web, and I have a similar situation.
I have posted some of my research at Ancestry.World Tree. When I created the GEDCOM, I checked the box to mark living people as private. The problem I have is that I also included my sources, and some of the source information for the living people includes names and dates that should be kept private. Is there a way to NOT include SOURCES for LIVING people when the GEDCOM is going to be used to post to the web?
