Hi,

I'm very new to this list. I did manage to attach my image to the
individual as suggested below (Thanks) My question... do you recommend
attaching census images to one family member i.e. the head of the household
or do you attach the same image to all the individuals that are listed in
the census record.

(How many images can you save to each individual?)

Also, side note... I saw comments about accessing your information in MS
ACCESS
Why would you do this? What does it allow you to do?

Thanks,

Ange

Hi Don,
When you are saving the on-line image, save it to your Legacy
Pictures folder or a folder within that folder.
Then you need to decide whether to attach the image to an event for
an individual or marriage or to the source for that event.
When you've made that decision, click on the picture icon on the
relevant screen (the Event Edit screen or the Pictures tab of the
Source Detail). This opens the relevant Picture Gallery. Then click
on the picture icon on that page and you'll be able to navigate to
your image and attach it.

Hope that helps - there's always a chance I've answered the wrong bit
of your question.
Cathy
