Hi again... I forgot to mention you can change this 'globally' instead of one by one if you would like... Go to Options>Customize>Sources then look down towards the bottom where "Source Detail Defaults" are listed. There you can check any or all of the options (to include: citations, source details, detail text, comments). Check the boxes that apply to your goal and then click on the 'reset' button beside each change. Now 'save' your changes. Remember this will change how 'ALL' the Sources will print in your database... If you don't want every source to print this way every time then I believe you will have to do each one individually as I wrote of in my 1st reply...

Make sure to have the box on the bottom left checked which says "Add this text to the Source Citation on Reports" in addition to the checkbox which says "Include this citation on Reports"....
