You need to unzip the multimedia backup first. Try to unzip to it to a directory structure identical to your PC. If you are still getting the question marks, go to Options|Customize... and click on the Locations tab. Set Picture Locations to the directory you just unzipped your multimedia backup to. Then click the Test All Multimedia Paths... button. When the next dialog pops up view the Help for more info. -- Dennis M.
