In my previous message I forgot to add that I use the Description field for the document name/type and have the event sentence set up to read "[He/She] signed [Desc] [onDate] [inPlace]. [Notes]

In my opinion signing a piece of paper is an "event" so I have them all as an Event named "Signature". To this I include the Date, and Place (if known), Source, and any notes needed to go along with it. And of course the graphic is attached to the Event as a regular Picture (not as a multimedia file).
