When one begins to save such things as signatures, business cards, etc. then I believe you are actually getting beyond the scope and intent, much less the capability, of a genealogy program. I have collected signatures and business cards for years and have several hundred of each. However I don't use Legacy for display but PassageExpress (was FamilyHistoryCD) to take care of this "problem". I have posted about this in the past so I am not going to do so again here. The genealogy is just one of many posted items posted to a CD and there shall be several more of them in the future. I have just learned that a great aunt has an extensive antique clothing collection with many of the dresses, etc. dating to the Victorian era. Best of all is that many were first purchased and worn by relatives (her grandmother had hung on to a lot of it). Will be great to get photos of descendants wearing their ancestors clothing. As you can see I have big plans but whether or not they pan out remains to be seen. Regardless, this is not something to post to Legacy as it simply is not designed for that but must post somewhere - it needs to be spotlighted. So again, Passage Express fits the need - only way to go.

Hi,
Can someone tell me how I can save a scanned copy of an ancestors signature and under what event/location will it be viewed?
Thank you
Diane
