I've had 100% success using the following method:

- Family Group Sheets do not work very well.

- Go to the descendant report book. In the upper left of the Options page,
click on the boxes next to Insert Underlines for Missing Given and Surnames,
Dates and Places.

They will then be able to fill out what is missing.

Just an idea....

Subject: [LegacyUG] family group sheet

I am trying to do the following and need some suggestions or help.

I would like to email my relatives a partially filled in family group
sheet then allow them to fill in the blanks spaces and email it back to me.

Many of my family do not have a lot of computer knowledge so this needs
to be simple. No complicated doc forms etc. Just a plain simple email
form.

I found a email form from http://rootslady.com/misc/fgs1.htm but can not
as of yet get it filled in with what I have in my Legacy database.

I am open to suggestions
Thanks
Roger
