One other thought - add in some extra blank lines in case you don't know how many kids, spouses, etc. might need to be inserted. I had to do this when I was askng one sibling to fill in information for his other siblings and their families. I had no idea of the the number of people to count on.

I would like to email my relatives a partially filled in family group sheet then allow them to fill in the blanks spaces and email it back to me.

Many of my family do not have a lot of computer knowledge so this needs to be simple. No complicated doc forms etc. Just a plain simple email form.

Having just done this for the first time and got it to work with superb results, may I suggest you do this:

When you have the Family Group Record window on the screen ready for printing, don't print directly but select "Text File". As soon as you do that the Printer button turns into a "Create" button. Press "Create". After you select a folder location and give it a file name and click on "Save" you'll get a nice text file that can be pasted into an e-mail message or attched thereto.

Your recipientl can fill in the missing data in a plain text editor and e-mail it back to you. You'll have to key into Legacy the new data.

Good luck.
Herb.
