Well this turned out easier than I thought.
Here is the search string for Gencircles. It will use the first name;
last name, year of birth +or- 5 years; death year + or - 5 years and do
the search.
http://www.gencircles.com/globaltree/gosearch?f=[FirstName]&l=[LastName]&by=[BirthYear]&ba=5&bp=&fa=&dy=[DeathYear]&da=5&mo=&dp=&sp=&t=Marriage&oy=&oa=0&op=&g.x=13&g.y=12
It is my first attempt this morning and turned out pretty easy.
