I just installed the Aug 10th update (5.0.0.256)
and still have the same problem I wrote about on
July 14th.
I flagged the records I wanted to export using a tag
I entered a check on the All records with a tag of 1
I entered a check on all spouses of tagged individuals
I entered a check on all children of tagged individuals
I entered a check on all parents of tagged individuals
(I was wanting the spouses' parents.)
The parents of most of the tagged individuals were not
exported into the new Legacy file ...
However, scads of MRIN's were exported without any
names in them ... when I click on one of the blank MRINs
I get to blank records for the parents of the child listed
below the "no name records".
My operating system is XP home
When will this problem be fixed????
