Yes, I know this problem has been asked before but I am such a devotee of Legacy that I keep thinking there must be a way to crack it with Legacy search power and some work-around process. If I know a woman’s married name is Mary Smith [with “Mary” and “Smith” the predominate names in my file – making a “Name List” search difficult] - but do NOT know her maiden name or the Given Name of her husband, how can I locate her in the file? If I should also know her birth place or place of marriage, I can narrow it down to a workable number using “Find/Detailed Search” – but with no other information beside the married name, then …!
Help, please, from you puzzle experts.
I have Windows XP-Home and use Legacy Deluxe v.6.0.0.64
