I place my genealogy tree on RootsWeb and they mark a lot of my individuals as "Living" because they don't see anything in the death field (when I don't know either the birth or death dates).
I know that Legacy has an option in the program called "Advanced Set Living" to mark all people older ad dead who are older than a set value. However, this will not work for me. I need to place the word "deceased" in the deceased date or place field. My database is over 107,000 people and I need to mark about 30,000+ records as "deceased". I can't figure out an easy way to do this. Does anyone have any ideas. Legacy tech support could not help on this one. I appreciate any help available.
