Thanks for your help Dennis - under the format tab I have no option for
Include Private Individuals. Have deleted the Desc.usr from the directory,
but still the individuals are appearing. I have also uninstalled the
programme from my PC, then rather than using the free disk I originally
installed from, I have downloaded the full set up from the web and installed
that instead - no change.
Appreciate all your help, I'll remove what I don't want on reports for now.

There should be a tab labeled "Format". In the right-hand column there
is a checkbox for "Include Private individuals". Make sure it is
unchecked. I tried it and the chart comes out with the data suppressed
for the private individual.
If it still doesn't work for you, try deleting Desc.usr in your Legacy
program directory. This will have the effect of resetting all the report
options to their default states.
